摘要 目前采用直接和标记物检测法检测乳腺癌骨髓微转移;采用细胞免疫化学,荧光定量聚合酶链反应(PCR),逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)等方法检测乳腺癌外周血微转移;采用前哨淋巴结(SLN)示踪活检法检测乳腺癌前哨淋巴结微转移;这些比较先进的检测方法对于乳腺癌的临床诊断、分期、复发与预后判断,以及临床选择综合治疗方法都具有十分重要的意义。 At the present time, adopting directness and marker detection to detect micrometastasis of breast cancer marrow, adopting cellular immunochemistry, fluorescence quantitativePCR, and RT - PCR, etc. to detect micrometastasis of breast cancer peripheral blood ; adopting SLN tracer biopsy to detect micrometastasis of breast cancer SLN are advanced detection ways having great significance for the clinical diagnosis stages, recurrence and prognosis as well as the clinical choice of comprehensive treatment.
