摘要 目的探讨血脂对红细胞免疫的影响及其机制。方法取高脂血症患者晨起空腹肝素抗凝血,采用红细胞免疫酵母菌花环试验法对红细胞免疫功能进行检测,自动生化仪对其血脂进行检测,并对结果进行分析。结果总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)增高者与非高脂血症者红细胞免疫功能相比较均有极显著差异(P<0.01)。三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)增高者与非高脂血症红细胞免疫功能相比较亦有显著差异(P<0.05),均呈明显低下状态。结论高脂血症是影响血红细胞免疫功能的因素之一。 Objective To investigate the effect and mechanism of blood lipids on red cell immunologic function. Methods The fast heparin anticoagulant blood samples were taken in morning. The immune function of red cells was measured by erythrocyte immune yeast rosette test, levels of blood lipids were measured by automatic biochemical analyzer; and these findings were analyzed with statistics. Results The immune function of red cells in patients with hyperlipemia was signifieandy different from those without hyperlipemia ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Hyperlipemia is one of the factors affecting immune function of red blood cells.
