摘要 [目的]探讨电针对糖皮质激素性骨质疏松模型大鼠骨密度和骨组织形态的影响。[方法]采用3月龄雌性SD大鼠30只,随机分为正常组、模型组、电针组。3个月后进行骨密度的检测及卵巢、肾上腺形态学光镜观察。[结果]电针组能明显提高糖皮质激素性骨质疏松模型大鼠骨密度,部分改善卵巢、肾上腺组织形态,与模型组比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。[结论]针刺干预能在一定程度上能对抗因糖皮质激素药物引起的骨质疏松症。 [Objective] To explore the effect of Electroacupuncture to BMD in rats with glucocorticoid-induced osteoporosis. [Methods]Selected female Wistar rats of 3-month-old were randomly divided into three groups: Normal group, Model group, Electroacupuncture group. Three months later all the rats were scanned for BMD and observed on histology of Ovary and Adrenal by the light microscope. [Results] Electroacupuncture therapy could not only improve the BMD and BMC content of GIO in rat model, could also adjust histology of Ovary and Adrenal. There were significant differences between Electroacupuncture group and model group (P〈0.05). [Conclusion] Electroacupuncture is a good preventive treatment on Glucocorticoid-induced Osteoporosis.
