物业管理导入价值工程,可以客观有效地分析物业服务功能与成本之间的关系,寻找到既能满足服务功能需要,又能降低服务成本的有效途径,从而提升物业管理价值。本文将结合实例对物业管理导入价值工程的应用作具体的分析。
It can objectively effectively analyse relationship between property servise function and cost that property management introduce value engineering and find an effective way that neither meet the needs of property function nor reduce servise cost, and come to advance proPerty management value.
