目的探讨手术室新护士入科初期的适应问题及对策。方法自行设计手术室新护士入科初期适应问题调查表,分析新护士不适应原因。结果手术室新护士入科初期不适应主要原因为心理压力大、业务不熟悉,从而产生了生理、心理、技术等不适应现象。结论加强对手术室新护士入科初期的教育及管理,减少各方面的压力源,提高新护士的适应能力。

Objective To study the adaptability problems of new nurses in early stage of working in operation room and strategies. Method Design the questionnaire of adaptability problems for new nurses in early stage of working in operation room. Analyze the causes of maladjustment. Result It is the main causes of physiological and psychological maladjustment in early stage of new nurses in operation room, psychological stress and insufficient knowledge, that lead to physical,mental and techndogy maladjustment. Conclusion Enhancing the management and education in early stage of new nurses in operation room,reliving stressors, reducing new nurses＇ stress in order to improve their adaptive ability.
