摘要 该文主要介绍了宿主对肠炎沙门氏菌(SE)的防御能力、SE感染与宿主细胞的关系、SE在禽类中多呈隐性感染的原因分析,并对当前SE检测方法的研究进展作了一综述。 The host defense capability, the infection and the relationship between the host cell,the reasons for the poultry mostly hiddeninfected and the detection of Salmonella enteritidis research progress were mainly reviewed in this paper.
