This paper has discussed how to avoid collision coming from 292.5 degrees to 330 degrees of forward of port a beam in restricted visibility, and the possibility of making use of turning sketch. This paper has also presented the optimal methods by signle vessel alterrting course to starboard for preventing collision, the effect of changing speed for collision avoidance, and the application of unchanging relative course line to avoid collision.
