基于产业结构调整的我国西部地区人力资源流动分析

Analysis Flow of Human Resource on Adjustment of Industrial Structure in Western Part of China

根据我国西部地区产业结构调整现状,通过"错位幅度"分析西部地区产业结构调整与人力资源流动关系,结合对人力资源流动与产业结构调整的相关理论,进行成因分析,提出促进人力资源流动与产业结构调整适应的对策。

According to the adjustment of industrial structure in western part of China , this paper introduces mutual effect between flow of human resource and adjustment of industrial structure in western part of China by margin, and then combining theory analyzes the reasons, finally proposes several suggestions on flow of human resource and adjustment of industrial structure.
