摘要
日本是世界上最早探索循环经济发展模式的国家之一,也是循环经济立法最全、资源循环利用率最高的国家。本文旨在通过对日本循环经济运行机制的分析,为我国发展循环经济提供借鉴。
Japan is a pioneer in circular economy, having a complete law system and a high rate of recycling. This paper analyses the Governance of Japanese, and provides the valuable implications for China to develop the circular economy. The experience of Japan is best of its kind for us to learn.
