我国农民工体育福利实现的模式探索

A Discussion on How to Achieve Peasant Workers'Sports Welfare

通过文献资料法、归纳演绎法,从利益失衡的角度分析了当前我国农民工尴尬的社会处境及其对社会的不利影响。同时阐述了体育在调节社会关系、强化社会意识等方面所具有的作用,认为体育福利可以作为农民工福利的试点。在此基础上,进一步探索出具有实际操作价值的农民工体育福利模式,包括体育活动的形式和实现体育福利充分性的保证等,从而为缓和城市化发展进程中出现的农民工对立情绪和对立行为提供有利的政策借鉴和理论依据。

From the angle of profit imbalance, by means of literature reviews, inductive and deductive methods, this paper is going to study the awkward situation of peasant workers and the adverse effect of profit imbalance on society; meanwhile, it elaborates on the function of sports on adjusting social relations and promoting social awareness and holds that sports welfare may be a start-up enhancement of peasant workers＇ welfare. Based on this, the paper is trying to find out an effective and operable mode in which peasant workers sports welfare can be achieved, the mode consisting of the form of sports and the insurance to realize the maximum sports welfare; then, provides advantageous policy reference and theory basis for relieving their antagonistic emotion and behavior during the development of urbanization.
