1942年刘少奇代表党中央到山东指导工作,帮助山东分局对根据地的政治思想、组织领导和根据地建设三个方面进行了深刻系统的指导。这些指导,对于加强山东的工作,胜利地渡过抗战最艰苦的阶段和以后的发展,都具有重大意义。成绩的取得,既充分体现了刘少奇个人的领导水平,也体现了中央对刘少奇的充分信任和解决山东问题的决心。

Liu Shaoqi,on behalf of the Communist Party of China,went to Shandong to conduct the work of Shandong sub-bureau on political ideology, organization, leadership, and the establishment of base areas in 1942. These instructions were of great importance on strengthening the work of the area, getting over the most difficult stage of the Anti-Japanese War and the future development. All the achievements not only fully embody the leadership of Liu Shaoqi,but the Central＇s adequate confidence to Liu Shaoqi and the determination to solve the problems in Shandong.
