This paper first deliberates the usage of network technology in English teaching can create excellent English communication environment, raise the efficiency of teaching and learning, extend the classroom teaching, etc. then it analyzes some problems related with the usage of network technology in English teaching： losing former teaching style, being just for technology,ignoring traditional teaching media; at last,it points out that only ＇when we apply network technology reasonably in English teaching,can we exert its advantage fully and prevent relevant problems.
