农民工技术培训学校学生预防艾滋病健康教育干预效果评价 被引量:1

Effect Evaluation of AIDS Health Education among Migrant Students in Technical Training School

摘要 [目的]了解农民工技校学生艾滋病相关知识、态度、需求状况,评价对他们进行艾滋病健康教育干预的效果。[方法]2007年,在泰安市抽取泰山区神龙技校学生69名,进行艾滋病健康教育措施干预与评价。[结果]调查69人,艾滋病相关知识知晓率干预前为72.05%,干预后为86.68%(P<0.01)。干预前知晓率较高的(主要传播途径等)和专业性比较强的知识知晓率与干预后的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);其他知识的知晓率干预后均高于干预前(P<0.01或<0.05)。认为对HIV感染者的身份应保密的、认为应允许HIV感染者继续工作的、认为艾滋病病人或HIV感染者是疾病的受害者应得到同情和帮助的人,干预后多于干预前(P<0.01或P<0.05);如果朋友或亲人得了艾滋病会关心帮助的,干预前66人,干预后68人(P>0.05)。[结论]健康教育干预措施对提高农民工技校学生艾滋病知识知晓率,改变有关态度是有效的。 [Objective]To understand HIV/AIDS related knowledge,attitude and need among migrant worker students in Technical Training School, to evaluate the effects of health education intervention. [Methods]A total of 69 students were chosen with duster sampling from ShengLong Technical School of Taishan district in 2007,health education and effect cvaluation were conducted among them. [Results]The overall rate of correct answer raised from 72.05 % before intervention to 86.68 % after intervention, there was a statistical difference before and after intervention( P 〈0.01), there was no statistical difference before and after intervention among some subjects more professional and high correct rate before intervention(the main transmission modes)( P 〉0.05), the rate of correct answer about other subjects was higher than before after intervention( P 〈0.01 or P 〈0.05), more students wanted keep secret for AIDS/HIV, allow them to keep working, care and help them after intervention( P 〈0.01 or P 〈0.05). 66 students think that if their friends or family members are AIDS patients,they can help and care them before intervention, but 68 after intervention. [Conclusion]The health education intervention was effective for increasing the rate of correct answer and change attitude about HIV/AIDS among migrant worker students in Technical Training School for.
