摘要
[目的]了解河南油田市售食品卫生状况,为开展食品卫生监督、检测工作提供科学依据。[方法]按照《食品卫生标准》,对河南石油勘探局卫生防疫站2003-2007年各类抽样食品检测资料进行统计分析。[结果]2003~2007年共检测样品401份,合格378份,合格率为94.26%。其中,2003年合格率为94.03%,2004年合格率为94.44%,2005年合格率为96.25%,2006年合格率为91.67%,2007年合格率为95.35%。各年合格率间差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。401份样品包括6类食品,以白酒的合格率最高,为100.00%;纯净水最低,为75.00%。各类食品合格率差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。[结论]河南油田区域市售食品卫生质量较好,尤其是糕点类和冷食制品类。但仍应加强对各种食品的卫生监督、检测工作,进一步提高食品卫生质量。
[Objective]To explore food hygiene of Henan oil field and to provide scientific basis for conducting supervision on food hygiene. [Mcthods]Food examination data of food hygiene from 2003 to 2007 in Henan oil field were analyzed, according to "Standard of Food Hygiene". [Results]Of the 401 food samples tested from 2003 to 2007,378 were up to standard,accounting for 94.26 %. The qualified rate was 94.03 %, 94.44%, 96.25 %, 91.67 % and 95.35 % from 2003 to 2007. There was no difference of the qualified rate in different years( P 〉0.05). The qualified rate of wine was the highest (100. 00 % ), and pure water was the lowest(75.00 % ). There was a difference( P 〈0. 01 ). [Conclasion]The qualified rate of food in Henan oil field was higher, especially cakes and cold drinks and snacks. Supervision should be strengthened in order to improve the quality of food hygiene.
