摘要
以25 mg·L-1的酸性大红溶液为模拟染料废水,采用高锰酸钾(KMnO4)和复合高分子絮凝剂聚硅硫酸铁(PFSS)对其协同处理。结果表明,当酸性大红废水初始pH值为2~8、KMnO4和PFSS的投加量均为10 mg·L-1(以Fe3+计)时,处理效果最佳,其色度去除率达到97%以上、CODCr去除率达到55.2%。同时对KMnO4-PFSS协同处理的机理作了初步探讨。
Dyestuff wastewater which was simulated by 25 mg · L^-1 acid scarlet GR was treated by coupling system of KMnO4-PFSS. The result showed that adding 10 mg· L^-1 KMnO4 and 10 mg · L^-1 PFSS when the initial pH value of acid scarlet GR was 2-8, treatment effect was satisfactory. The decolorization rate reached over 97% and CODer removal rate reached 55.2%. The mechanism of coupling system of KMnO4-PFSS had been explored by analyzing the detection result of biological inverted microscope and UV spectrum.
