摘要
泵试验是一个泵厂很重要的一道工序,尤其是在新产品试验环节,泵的性能情况、结构改进、可靠性等问题都需要通过试验来验证。这个环节试验方法正确与否,各种测量仪表是否正确选择使用、试验数据的分析计算等等环节都对试验数据有很大影响。因此每台泵在进行试验前都要对它的试验过程进行仔细分析研究,确定正确的试验方法。下面主要以立式管道泵为例从工厂试验的角度进行分析,确定合理的安装和试验方法。
Pump experiment is one of the most important processes in pump factories, especially in new product experiment, the performance, structure improvement and reliability of pumps should all be tested by experiments. Whether the experiment method is correct, the various meters are correctly selected and used, analysis and calculation of experimental data, etc will all greatly influence the experiment data. Therefore, before experiment, careful analysis and study should be done to the experiment procedure, and then correct method is determined. In this article, the vertical pipeline pump is taken as an example to analyze and decide the rational installation and experiment method.
