摘要
通过直接加热法、酸提法、酸化加热法、碱提法和碱化加热法,提取草坪草屑叶蛋白的比较试验,探索草坪草屑资源利用的方法。结果表明,酸化加热法和直接加热法提取率较高。统计分析结果表明,直接加热法与酸提法、碱提法和碱化加热法有极显著性差异。直接加热法和酸化加热法间无显著性差异,但直接加热法具有较好的絮凝效果,容易过滤。由此可见,直接加热法是提取草坪草屑叶蛋白的一种较好的方法。
The experiment use the directly heating, acid, acid heating, alkali and alkali heating method to distill leaf protein from turf cutting litter and compare their differences to explore the method of the uses of turf cutting litter resources. The result shows that extraction rate is higher for acid heatingand directly heating method. The result of statistical analysis shows that directly heating method has very distinct discrepancy with acid, alkali and alkalization heating method. There is no significance discrepancy between directly heating and acid heating method, but directly heating method has better flocculation effect and filters easily. By this token, it is better method that directly heating method to distill leaf protein from turf cutting litter.
