摘要
利用G ibson-Ashby模型,对泡沫金属的基本参量(弹性模量和泊松比)进行了理论分析,建立了泡沫金属在弹性范围内的弹性模量和泊松比随相对密度变化的关系式,通过与N ieh等人的实验结果和Roberts等人的有限元分析结果比较表明,得到的关系式能较好地反映泡沫金属特性。研究表明,对于同一模型中,在相对密度相同的情况下,开孔泡沫金属材料的筋条截面惯性矩越大,其弹性模量越大,而泊松比越小。
In this paper, the basic parameters of foams metal are analyzed by using Gibson-Ashby model. On this basis, the dependences of modulus of elasticity and Poisson ratio on the relative density are set up in the elastic range. By comparing with Nieh's experiment result and Roberts's finite element result,it is obtained that these relationships can reflect perfectly the properties of foams metal. The investigation shows that foams metal's modulus of elasticity increases with its cross-sectional moment of inertia in the same model, while Poisson ratio reduces.
