摘要 运用最优化方法,以车体承载结构重量最轻为目标,以车体主要构件板厚为设计变量,以强度、刚度和工艺条件为约束,以SGI工作站为硬件平台,应用MSC/NASTRAN有限元分析软件,对铰接式高速客车车体进行结构优化。通过优化分析,获得了车体承载结构主要板材的轻量化设计参数。分析表明,轻量化模型满足高速客车需要的强度、刚度,同时也满足动态特性的要求。 The articulated high speed carbody is optimized in structure with the optimization method,with the lightest weight of the carbody bearing structure as the object,with the thickness of the main member plate on the carbody as the variant,with the strength,rigidity and technology conditions as the restraint,and with the SGI work station as the hardware platform,with the application of the MSC/NASTRAN finite element analysis software.Through the optimization analysis,the lightening design parameters of main plates in the carbody bearing structure are obtained.The analysis shows that the lightening model satisfies the strength and rigidity needed by high speed passenger cars,in the mean time,meets the requirements of the dynamic characteristics.
