摘要
在已经建立的植物细胞力学模型的基础上,不考虑细胞液的渗透作用,利用数值仿真的方法,讨论了细胞壁的物理参数对细胞力学响应的影响。结果表明:细胞壁的物理参数对细胞的力学响应影响较大,细胞的内压、穿刺力等随着细胞壁物理参数的增加而增加。研究结果为实验数据分析、实验方案的设计、分析细胞的力学特性等提供参考依据。
A plant cell model has been built. The effects of osmosis can be neglected. The effects of physical parameters of cell wall on the mechanical response of plant cell were studied by means of numerical simulation. The results show that physical properties have a significant influence on the mechanical response. The turgor pressure of cell and external force increase physical parameters increase. The results of this paper provide important guidance for designing the test, analyzing the experimental data and the mechanical properties of cell.
