对 120 阀缓解感度的探讨

Inquiry on the Release Sensibility of Valve 120

针对各型冷藏车装１２０阀后，出现单车试验缓解感度偏大的问题，对车型结构、１２０阀结构和单车试验缓解感度指标等进行了试验和分析。结论是，由于列车管容量增加、１２０阀逆流孔固有特性的影响和目前试行的１２０阀单车试验规范不够完善所致。

In view of the problem that the release sensibility is comparatively big in the single car test for various types of refrigerator cars after being mounted with the valves 120,tests and analysis have been made on the car type structures,valve 120 structure and single car release sensibility indexes etc..The conclusion is that the problem is caused by the increase of train pipe capacity,effect of the intrinsic characteristics of the reverse flow hole on valve 120,and the non perfection of the single car test specifications for valves 120 applied on trial at present.
