静态铣削力作用下的薄板大变形有限元分析 被引量:2

摘要 随着对航空产品性能要求的进一步提高,现代航空工业中广泛使用整体薄壁结构零件.针对薄壁类零件刚性差,在加工过程中很容易发生大变形的情况,对薄壁件的大变形问题进行了研究分析.在冯卡曼方程的基础上,建立了在静态铣削力作用下,薄板大挠度的微分平衡方程和悬壁板的边界条件,并通过有限元软件ANSYS10.0对薄板的大变形进行了分析计算.在计算过程中,分别考虑了切削力、切削位置(x和y方向)以及板厚对于薄板大变形的影响,结果表明:必须选择合适的切削参数,以保证零件的加工精度和加工质量,从而提高零件的加工效率. With the higher demand for the performance of aerospace production, many components used in the aerospace industry are usually thin-walled structures. Because of their poor stiffness, the thinwalled part has large deformation in the process of cutting. The large deformation of thin-walled plate is analyzed, and the theoretical large deformation model is established on the basis of the equations of Von Karman and the boundary conditions for the cantilever plate. Moreover, the plate deformation in end milling process is calculated by using FEM software ANSYS10. 0. In the process of calculating, the influences of cutting forces, location of the cutter (including x and y direction), and thickness of the plates on the deformation of the thin-walled plates are analyzed. The results show that the appropriate cutting parameters should be selected to satisfy the machining efficiency and precision in the process of milling thin-walled plate.
