摘要
针对当前我国乡镇政府公信力弱化的原因,乡镇政府公信力的建设应通过完善制度,转变职能,提升其组织凝聚力;提高素质,廉洁自律,提升其人格感召力;发展经济,保障民生,提升其行为诚服力;精通业务,依法行政,提升其政策贯彻力。
To better its credit,a town government should perfect its system,change its function,develop its economy,improve the people's livelihood and ask the public servants to improve their quality,to be more self-disciplined,to get qualified in profession and to exert their authority by law.
