摘要
对广西南宁市127名幼儿教师的幸福感进行的问卷调查表明:南宁市幼儿教师的幸福感较低,在幸福感各个维度的得分都显著低于大连市幼儿教师。而且,在南宁市幼儿教师中,工作3~5年者在身体健康、心态平衡、人际适应上的幸福感都比其它教龄段的教师低;大专学历的教师人际适应、自我接受、成长进步方面的幸福感显著低于其他学历教师;收入影响着南宁市幼儿教师的自我接受体验;月收入低于800元的教师幸福感明显低落。
Results from the questionnaire given to the 127 preschool teachers in Nanning on their sense of wellbeing show that the preschool teachers in Nanning have a lower sense of wellbeing than their counterparts in Dalian,which is obviously reflected by scores of each dimension of the wellbeing.Moreover,those who have worked for three to five years have a lower sense of wellbeing in both physical and mental health and interpersonal adaption than other teachers.The sense of wellbeing of the teachers with only a three-year college diploma is obviously lower than that of other teachers with college degrees in interpersonal adaption,self-acceptance and self-development.And the incomes also affect the experience of the self-acceptance of preschool teachers in Nanning.The one whose income is less than 800RMB has a lower sense of wellbeing.
