Quicken the Development of Tilting Passenger Trains to Promote Speed Increase on Existing Railways

对既有线客运提速采用摆式列车的必要性和可能性、国外摆式列车发展状况及我国发展摆式列车的前景作了概要分析。

The speed increase of passenger transport on existing railways by a big margin is the requirements of competition in the transport market,it is also an important mark of the scientific and technical progress in modern railways.In this paper,the necessity and possibility to apply the tilting trains for speed increase of passenger transport on existing railways,the development states of tilting trains abroad,as well as the prospect of developing tilting trains in our country are analysed generally.
