钢轨接头对转向架及其构件冲击振动的研究

摘要 以准高速转向架的线路试验为基础,分析了钢轨接头对转向架轮对轴箱和簧下构件的振动冲击作用。通过加速度和应力谱分析以及簧下构件的电磁激振疲劳试验,给出了簧下构件在钢轨接头冲击作用下的振动特性。 On the basis of the operation test on the quasi high speed bogie,the virbration of and impact to the wheelset,axle box and non suspended member parts of the bogie affected by the rail joints are analysed.Via analysis of the acceleration and stress spectrum,as well as the electro magnectic,vibration exciting,fatigue test on non suspended member parts,the vibration characteristics of non suspended member parts under the impacting of the rail joints are given out.
