提速客车应优化转向架构架与轮对的横向定位参数

摘要 旅客列车提速以后,由于车速加快,车辆横向冲击加剧,导致部分转向架构架与轮对横向对中性较差的车轮偏磨、轮缘出现锋芒。通过调查分析,找出了横向对中性差的原因,并制定了优化横向定位参数的措施。 Since the speed is increased,after speed increase of the passenger train,the lateral impact of the cars becomes stronger,some bogies on which the lateral alignment between the frames and the wheelsets is not in good condition are caused to be worn partially,and the wheel flanges become sharp.Through investigation and analysis,the causes to the bad lateral alignment have been found,and measures to optimize the lateral locating parameters are set up.
