祛疣洗剂预防尖锐湿疣术后复发的临床研究

Clinical research of prevention effect on anti-wart lotion treating the recrudescent condylomata acuminate after surgery

目的:探讨祛疣洗剂对尖锐湿疣(CA)术后复发的预防作用和安全性。方法:采用随机配对的临床研究方法;治疗组67例,运用激光配合祛疣洗剂联合治疗,对照组67例,单纯激光治疗;使用统一的评定标准进行疗效评价和安全性考察。结果:治疗组治愈率和复发率分别为88.06%和11.94%,对照组治愈率和复发率分别为55.22%和44.78%;两组比较,治愈率和复发率均有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:激光配合祛疣洗剂治疗CA可增加其治愈率,减少复发率,证实祛疣洗剂对CA术后的复发有良好的预防作用。

Objective：To research the prevention effect and safety of Anti-wart lotion treating CA recrudescence after surgery. Methods： Random partnership clinical research method is used. In the treating group, 67 patients are treated by razor combinated with Anti-wart lotion. In the comparing group, 67 patients are treated by razor. The curative effect and the safety are determined by the standard of PASI. Results： The ratios of efficiency of the two groups are 88.06% and 55.22% respectively, and the ratios of recrudescence are 11.94% and 44.78% respectively. The ratios of efficiency and recrudescence of the two groups have obviously difference （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusions： Razor combined with anti-wart lotion treating CA can increase the ratio of efficiency and reduce the ratio of recrudescence. It＇s proved that Anti-wart lotion has good prevention on the recrudescence of CA after surgery.
