摘要
目的:筛选以可溶性淀粉为原料,反相乳化交联法制备可降解淀粉微球的工艺。方法:用扫描电子显微镜观察微球形态,激光粒度分析仪测定微球平均粒径。比较了两种不同油相即混合油与大豆油对微球制备工艺和性状的影响,采用均匀设计考察了各因素对DSMs粒径的影响。结果:使用大豆油为油相时制得的微球形态圆整,大小均匀,并得到各因素对粒径影响的多元线性回归方程:Y=96.277+1.017^x X1-3.463×X2-0.047×X3—1.176xX5。其中油水比和搅拌速度对微球粒径影响最大。结论:大豆油为油相制备淀粉微球的工艺,粒度适宜、分散性好、产量高,且无有机溶剂残留问题,不失为制备微球较好的方法。
Objective:To optimize the preparation of DSMs which were synthesized from soluble starch by the way of reversed-phase emulsion polymerization. Method : The surface morphology of DSMs were observed by Scanning electron microscopy. The mean diameter of DSMs were examined by laser light scattering technique. Different effects on the synthesis of DSMs between mixing oil and soybean oil were compared by single factor design and uniform design. Results: DSMs were regular in the morphology. The multiple regression equation was acquired: Y=96.277+1.017^x X1-3.463×X2-0.047×X3-1.176xX5. Conclusion: DSMs showed high yield, proper size and good dispersion. And there are no organic solvent. So soybean oil may be a good choice.
