货车用铌合金铸钢心盘的研究及运用

Research and Application of Niobium Alloyed Cast Steel Center Plate on Freight Cars

针对目前使用的６０ｔ货车心盘存在的问题，研制了高强度铌合金铸钢心盘。介绍了该心盘的研制概况、各项试验结果、现场运用情况及经济效益，认为铌合金铸钢心盘应在货车上推广应用。

In light of the problems existed in the center plates on 60 t freight cars operated at present,the high strength,niobium alloyed cast steel center plates are developed.The general development conditions,various testing results,field operation and economic benefits are introduced.It is considered that the niobium alloyed cast steel center plates should be spread and applied on freight cars.
