摘要
从东风8型机车前万向轴的惯性断裂问题出发,在东风8、东风4型机车前万向轴系扭振对比测试分析的基础上,运用扭振简化模型,进行了理论结合实测数据的分析计算,解释了前万向轴早期失效的共振原因,确定了改善轴系扭振的弹性橡胶联轴节刚度值。
This paper begins from the inertia fracture of the front cardan shaft on locomotive Dongfeng 8.On the basis of the comparison,testing and analysis of the torsional vibration of the front cardan shaft series on Locomotives Dongfeng 8,Dongfeng 4,with application of the simplified model for torsional vibration of the front cardan shaft,analysis and calculation are made combining the theory with actually measured data,the resonance causes to the early failure of the front cardan shaft are explained,the elastic rubber coupling to improve the torsional vibration of the shaft series is determined.
