经鼻超细胃镜引导放置空肠营养管 被引量:6

The setting of nasojejunic nutrition tube via ultrathin gastroscope

摘要 目的观察经鼻超细胃镜在空肠营养管置入中的作用。方法对20例危重需肠内营养的患者应用FujinonEG-530N经鼻超细电子胃镜引导放置导丝至空肠,退出胃镜,沿导丝送入空肠营养管至合适位置,从另一侧鼻腔进镜,观察空肠营养管深度及是否折回。结果16例1次置管成功,4例折回,重新放置均成功。置管时间为10~45min,平均操作时间22min。平均置管深度105cm,平均留管时间14~100d。其中1例有少量鼻出血,余未出现并发症。结论经鼻超细胃镜引导放置空肠营养管较其他方法简捷、安全、实用、有效。 Obsective To evaluate the values of transnosal uhrathin gastroseope in the nasojejume nutrition robe. Methods For 20 cases emergency patients who need enteral nutrathin, we used transnosal uhrathin electronic gastroseope (Fujijon EG -530N) to put the guide wire in the jejunum, then set the nasojejunie nutrition tube in the proper place along the guide wire. From the other nasal cavity by using transnal uhrathin gastroscope ,we viewed the depth of nasojejunie nutrition tube and whether it was untreaded or not. Results All 16 cases were set successfully in one time only, 4 cases were tmtreaded, but were successfully by re - setting. The setting time was 15 - 45min, mean time was 22min. The mean setting depth was 105cm,and the reserving time was 14 - 100days. Only one case had few nose bleeding,the others had no complication. Conclusion The setting of nasojejunic tube by transnosal uhrathin gastroscope is more simply and quickly, secure and reliable, practical and effective.
