摘要
本文以表征汽车车架动应力不均匀度为目标函数,以截面尺寸的大小为设计变量,对车架进行了优化设计。为此需根据已知路面谱计算车架的动应力。为了能获得目标函数的简捷准确的计算,引入了模态加速度法、摄动法和可变误差多面体法,并进行了理论计算与实验研究。
This paper deals with optimal design of a vehicle frame. The unevenness of the dynamic stresses in vehicle frame is taken as objective function and the size of cross -section as design variable. The data of road spectral density is used to calculate the stresses of the vehicle frame. For achieving fast and accurate calculation for the objective function, the mode-acceleration method, the perturbation method and the variable error polyhedron method are introduced and theoretical calculation and experimental study are carried out.
