负压结合药剂浸种对辣椒苗期病毒病的防效

Effect of Negative Pressure with Medicament Immersion Seeds on Hot Pepper Seedling Stage Viral Disease Management

用0.02,0.04,0.06MPa三种不同的负压水平,结合10%磷酸三钠药剂处理辣椒种子。试验结果表明,负压结合药剂浸种处理辣椒种子可有效降低辣椒苗期病毒病的发生,特别是在0.06MPa负压条件下,可大幅度降低辣椒苗期病毒病的为害。

In this experiment 0.02, 0.04 and 0.06 MPa three kind of different negative pressure levels was used, with 10% Na3P04 immersion hot pepper seeds. The results showed that the negative pressure with medicament immersion seeds can effectively reduce the hot pepper seedling stage viral disease＇s occurrence, specially under the 0.06 MPa negative pressure condition may large scale reduce the hot pepper seedling stage viral disease＇s.
