抚顺李石灌区决策支持系统研究

摘要 根据李石灌区用水的实际情况,提出了灌区决策支持系统开发目标。在此基础上对系统进行了功能分区和模块化处理,李石灌区决策支持系统共分为基本信息管理、灌区可供水预测、配水调度、数据库管理、模型库管理、系统管理、报表处理7个模块。系统采用网络结构体系,并提出了系统组织结构。利用数据库信息处理、动态网页技术、各种数学模型等技术,在Javascript、Tomcat、Microsoft SQL Server等开发平台下,对李石灌区进行系统的研究和分析,建立了李石灌区决策支持系统。该系统的开发与运用为灌区优化调度灌溉用水提供了科学依据。 According to the actual water use situation of Li Shi irrigation area, put forward the irrigation decision support system development goals. On this basis, after designing the system functions and the modular processing, Lishi irrigation area decision support system is divided into the basic information management, irrigation water and predicted water distribution scheduling, database management, model base management, systems management, the report processing etc. The system adopts network system architecture and introduces the organizational structure. With the adoption of technology, such as the database information processing, dynamic web technology, a variety of mathematical models etc.,on the Java Script, Tomcat, Microsoft SQL Server development platform, through carrying out research and analysis Li Shi irrigation area, the irrigation decision support system is set up. The development of the system provides a scientific basis for optimal operation of irrigation water.
