摘要
根据李石灌区用水的实际情况,提出了灌区决策支持系统开发目标。在此基础上对系统进行了功能分区和模块化处理,李石灌区决策支持系统共分为基本信息管理、灌区可供水预测、配水调度、数据库管理、模型库管理、系统管理、报表处理7个模块。系统采用网络结构体系,并提出了系统组织结构。利用数据库信息处理、动态网页技术、各种数学模型等技术,在Javascript、Tomcat、Microsoft SQL Server等开发平台下,对李石灌区进行系统的研究和分析,建立了李石灌区决策支持系统。该系统的开发与运用为灌区优化调度灌溉用水提供了科学依据。
