摘要
[目的]研究水培条件下红掌根系结构的变化。[方法]以红掌为材料,制作徒手切片,用水培与土培2种培养方式比较不同培养环境对红掌根系结构的影响。[结果]红掌土培根的表皮细胞近外侧有角质层,水培根没有。水培根的薄壁细胞比土培根排列更为疏松,细胞间隙增大。经过番红染色后,植物根的木质化细胞壁呈红色。红掌的土培根比水培根的红色区域要多,维管柱直径相对大。土培和水培的根伸长区细胞没有明显区别,但土培根伸长区很短,成熟区根毛长短大小不一。水培根的根毛排列整齐。[结论]水培环境中根系内部结构发生了不同程度的变化,但并不影响植物体的生长。
[Objective] The aim was to study the variation of root structure of Anthurium in water culture.[Method] With Anthurium as material,its manual paraffin sections were prepared to compare the influence of different culture environments on the root structure of Anthurium by using 2 culture methods of water culture and soil culture.[Result] There was a corneum at the near lateral of epidermal cells in the Anthurium in soil culture,but the root in water culture had not.The parenchyma cells of the root in water culture were arranged more loosen than that of the root in soil culture and its cell space was increased.After safranine dye staining,the lignification cell wall of plant root was red.Red area of the root in soil culture was bigger than that in water culture and its diameter of vascular cylinder was relatively bigger.The cell in elongation region in soil culture and water culture had no obvious difference.But that in soil culture was short and length of root hair in maturation zone was different.Root hair of water culture arranged uniformly.[Conclusion] The internal root structure in water culture environment changed to different content,but it could not influence the plant growth.
