摘要 [目的]研究辣椒体表茸毛的特点。[方法]以有茸毛与无茸毛辣椒植株为试材,观察辣椒体表茸毛的形态结构和分布特点。[结果]辣椒植株茎和叶片表皮的茸毛是茎和叶片表皮层的一部分表皮细胞突起形成的多细胞毛,大多数为没有分枝的单茸毛。同一辣椒植株上不同部位的茸毛数量不同,植株上部茸毛多于植株下部;生长点及幼茎茸毛最多,其次是叶片背面,再次是叶片正面。随着叶片的逐渐长大到定型,叶背主脉的茸毛密度逐渐降低。[结论]揭示了茸毛的分布特点,为茸毛性状的应用提供科学依据。 [Objective] The aim of the study was about the characteristics of hairs on capsicum.[Method] Hairy plant and hairless plant were used to observe morphology and distribution features of hairs on capsicum.[Result] The result showed that the hairs on stem and leaf of capsicum were originally generated from the surface cells,most of them were not ramose single hair.The density of hairs varied with the positions on plants,with higher density on the upper part of plant,lower density on the lower part;with higher density on young stem,lower density on the backside of the young leaf and lowest density on the front side of the leaf.Costate hair density of blade back varied with the leaves at different growth stages,the younger the leaves,the more the hairs.[Conclusion] The study revealed distribution features of hairs on capsicum and provided the basis for application.
