红花草莓品种“粉红熊猫”抗寒性的测定 被引量:2

摘要 [目的]测定红花草莓品种"粉红熊猫"的抗寒性。[方法]以红花草莓品种"粉红熊猫"和多年生黑麦草的成熟叶片为试验材料,研究它们在不同低温处理条件下相对电导率变化规律,并配合Logistic方程计算出各自的半致死低温,鉴定"粉红熊猫"的抗寒性。[结果]红花草莓品种"粉红熊猫"在-15^-20℃的低温范围内有较强的适应能力,与多年生黑麦草的半致死低温相差仅为3.03℃,说明该品种的抗寒性接近多年生黑麦草,能在北方大部分地区露地安全越冬。与冷季型草坪草相比,"粉红熊猫"还具有观赏价值高、抗旱性强、管理养护简便、费用低的优点,是北方替代冷季型草坪草的首选绿化植物。[结论]该研究为"粉红熊猫"替代冷季型草坪草和在北方地区引种提供了依据。 [Objective] The study aimed to determine the cold resistance of red-flowered strawberry variety Pink Panda(F.ananassa× P.palustis).[Method] With the mature leaves of red-flowered strawberry variety Pink Panda and L.perenne L.as materials,their change law of relative electrical conductivity under different low-temperature treatments was studied,their each LT50 was counted by combining the Logistic equation and the cold resistance of Pink Panda was identified. [Result] The red-flowered strawberry variety Pink Panda had stronger adaptability to the low temperature range of-15——20 ℃ and its LT50 was only 3.03 ℃ higher than that of L.perenne,so,its cold resistance was near to L.perenne and it could live through the cold winter in open field in mostly area in northern China.Compared with the cool-season turf grass,Pink Panda had the characteristic of higher ornamental value,higher drought resistance,simple management and lower expenditure,which was the first choice to be used as the greening plant instead of the cool-season turf grass in north of China.[Conclusion] The study provide the base for replacing the cool-season turf grass by Pink Panda and its introduction in north of China.
