摘要
[目的]研究微贮饲料对圈饲肉羊生产性能及屠体品质的影响。[方法]采用微贮处理的花生秸秆饲喂圈饲肉羊,研究微贮饲料饲喂圈饲肉羊的效果。[结果]结果证明,在肉羊生产中应用微贮饲料能够使明显提高肉羊的生产性能和产肉性能。生产性能方面主要表现在平均日增重较对照组提高48.61%(P<0.05),粗饲料平均日采食量较对照组提高11.96%(P<0.05),料(粗料)重比较对照组降低24.67%(P<0.05)。产肉性能方面主要表现为失水率、熟肉率、屠宰率、胴体净肉率、肉骨比方面显著优于对照组。[结论]为选择高产优质的肉羊提供了科学依据。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of microbial straw silage on performance and carcass quality of captive meat sheep.[Method] The effects of microbial straw silage on captive meat sheep were studied by feeding the captive meat sheep with disposed peanut straw.[Result] The results showed that the productivity and meat quality of captive meat sheep which fed by microbial straw silage were improved significantly than the meat sheep which directly fed by draw.The average daily gain was improved significantly than control group by 48.61%(P〈0.05),the average daily feed intake was improved significantly than control group by 11.96%(P〈0.05),and the ratio of feed to gain was improved significantly than control group by 24.67%(P〈0.05).The water loss rate,cooking percentage,dressing percentage,meat percentage and meat-bone ratio of captive meat sheep fed by microbial straw silage were better than control group.[Conclusion] The study provided the scientific basis for choosing the high production and quality meat sheep.
