摘要
[目的]初步探讨雌二醇对绒山羊初级毛囊形态及生长的影响。[方法]在Williams E无血清培养基中分别添加不同剂量的17-βE2(0.1、1.0、10.01、00.0 nmol/L),观测毛囊体外培养过程中生长速度及形态结构的变化。[结果]0.1 nmol/L 17-βE2组与对照组生长速度基本相当,而1.0、10.0和100.0 nmol/L 17-βE2对毛囊的生长均有不同程度的抑制;毛囊形态也表现出相应的变化。[结论]该研究为探明雌激素对绒山羊毛囊生长的调控机制奠定了一定的基础。
[Objective] The aim of this study is to preliminarily explore the effects of estradiol on morphology and growth of cashmere goat primary hair follicles.[Method] Cashmere goat primary hair follicles were cultured in serum-free Williams E supplemented with different doses of 17 β-E2(0.1,1.0,10.0,100.0 nmol/L),and their growth rates and morphological changes were observed.[Result] The growth rate of 0.1 nmol/L 17 β-E2 group is quite comparable with that of the control group,but the concentrations of 1.0,10.0 and 100.0 nmol/L 17 β-E2 displayed different degrees of inhibition on the growth of hair follicles.Different morphological changes of hair follicles could also be discovered in different concentration treatments.[Conclusion] The study laid a certain foundation for exploring the regulation mechanism of estradiol on growth of cashmere goat hair follicles.
