淮北地区节水农业发展中的问题及对策研究

摘要 结合当前淮北地区节水农业发展的现状,针对该地区节水农业发展中的水资源浪费、节水技术单一、节水农业普及率较低等问题,提出了应采用工程与非工程节水技术的有机结合、加强创新与投资、加强组织管理等有效解决节水农业中问题的对策,为淮北地区发展节水农业提供借鉴。 Combining with the current situation of the development of water-saving agriculture in Huaibei district,effective measures of the organic combination of engineering and non-engineering water-saving techniques,increasing innovations and investments,enhancing arrangement and management and so on were put forward to solve the problems occurred during the development of water-saving agriculture,such as the waste of water resources,the oversimplified water-saving techniques,too low popularization rate of water-saving agriculture and so on,which will provide the reference for developing water-saving agriculture in Huaibei district.
