摘要 [目的]研究改进的饮水砷浓度比色测量技术。[方法]选用处理过的细棉线作为显色载体,设计独立分装并集于一体的试剂包对现有饮水砷快速测定法的试验装置进行改进,并粗测了5种金属离子(Ca2+、Mg2+、Fe3+、Al3+、Mn2+)对快速法的影响,明确该技术在高砷饮水地区的适用条件。[结果]改进后的显色载体,使显色分布较均匀,有利于测试结果的观察;设计便捷式试剂包对试剂运输和用户操作使用更加方便;比色测定表明,水中Ca2+、Mg2+、Al3+、Mn2+的存在,基本上不会影响快速测定法的使用;Fe3+浓度<20 mg/L时对测定没有影响,当其浓度高于20 mg/L时必须对水样进行先稀释,再测定。[结论]改进的测试技术灵敏可靠、操作简单、携带方便、造价低廉,值得在砷中毒地区的砷清查和监测工作中推广使用。 [Objective] The purpose was to study the improved colorimetric detection technique for arsenic in drinking water.[Method] The treated fine cotton thread was selected as the color vector and an independent set-packing integrated reagent kit was designed to improve the existing test device of rapid assay for arsenic in drinking water.The effects of 5 metal ions as Ca2+,Mg2+,Fe3+,Al3+ and Mn2+ in drinking water on the rapid detection method were measured roughly and the proper condition for this technology in high-arsenic drinking water area was make sure.[Result] The improved color vector made the color distribution uniform,which favored to investigate the detecting results.The designed mobile reagent kit was more convenient for reagent transportation and the user operation. The colorimetric assay showed that Ca2+,Mg2+,Al3+ and Mn2+ which existed in drinking water generally would not affect the use of rapid assay method.When the Fe3+ in drinking water was below 20 mg/L,it had no impact on the detection method,but when Fe3+ in drinking water was higher than 20 mg/L,the water sample needed diluting first,and then was measured.[Conclusion] The improved detection technique was sensitive and credible with simple operation,convenient carrying and low cost,which was worth to be popularized in the arsenic detecting and monitoring work in the arsenic poisoning area.
