贵州粮食安全及粮食生产用水现状研究

Research on the Actuality of Grain Security and Water Utilization in Grain Production of Guizhou Province

从粮食安全的概念出发,通过对当前贵州粮食供需平衡情况及市场发育状况进行客观的分析和评价,提出了贵州粮食安全方面存在的问题,结合国内国际形势,根据粮食生产用水现状,总结出针对区域粮食安全的贵州水资源管理面临的挑战,并探讨了基于粮食安全的贵州水资源管理思路。

This study aimed to objectively analyze and evaluate the present grain supply-demand balance situation and market development in Guizhou Province from the perspective of grain security and point out the existing problems.Combining with the domestic and international situation and the present water utilization in grain production,this essay summarized the challenges faced with Guizhou water resources management in view of the regional grain security and discussed the ways of water resources management in Guizhou Province based on the grian security.
