摘要 目的 :旨在研究和评价射频导管消融治疗房室结折返型心动过速的安全性和有效性。方法 :病例来源于 1993年 4月至 1997年 4月在心内科住院治疗的心动过速病人 ,共 2 8例 ,男性 15例 ,女性 13例 ,年龄 12至 67岁。患者均经心电生理检查证实后行射频导管消融。结果 :所有患者经射频导管消融后均获成功 ,随访 3~ 6个月无 1例复发 ,1例出现 度房室传导阻滞。结论 :射频过程中出现交界性心律并逐渐减少是成功的征象 ;消融治疗房室结折返型心动过速应选择从小能量开始。因此 。 Objective:The purpose of this study was to evaluate the efficacy and safety of radiafrequency catheter ablation for the treatment of supraventricular tachycardia in the atrioventricular nodal reentry tachycardia. Methods: From April 1993to April1997,2 8patients were performed to define the mechanism of atrioventricular nodal double pathway by intracardia electrophysiologic study and radiofrequency catheter ablation for the treatment of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia.Result:Electrically inducible and spontaneous atrioventricular nodal reentry tachycardia was eliminated in all 2 8patients.Only one (3.5 % ) patient developed third degree atrivoentricular block. During 3 to 6 months of follow - up,none of patients had a recurrence of tachycardia. Conclusions:Our experience showed that the occurrence ofjunctional arrhythmia is a sign of successful ablation.L ow- energy source should be used in radiofrequency catheter ablation for the treatm ent of atrioventricular nodal reentry tachycardia.We think that radiofrequency catheter ablation of selected slow atrioventricular nodal pathway is a safe and effective technique for eliminating electrically in- ducible and spontaneous atrioventricular nodal reentry tachycardia.
