科技进步对农民增收贡献的实证分析——以重庆市为例

Effect of Scientific and Technological Progress on Increasing Farmers' Incomes

农村生产力高度发展,农民收入大幅度增加是实现新农村建设目标的物质基础。采用增长速度方程分析方法,通过对科技进步在重庆市农民增收中贡献的实证分析,得出了科技进步是重庆市农民增收主要来源的结论。同时指出,应从刺激农民对科学技术的有效需求、改善农村科学技术供给和完善农村科技供求中介体系等方面入手,进一步发挥科学技术在农民增收中的作用。

The development of rural productive forces and a substantial increase of farmers＇ income is the material basis of building new rural areas.This study aimed to empirically analyze the contribution of scientific and technological progress to the increase of farmer＇ income by using the growth rate equation and conclude that scientific and technological progress is the main way of increasing farmers＇ income.Moreover,it pointed out that in order to make science and technology play a more important role in the development of Chongqing rural areas,the farmers＇ effective demand of science and technology should be stimulated and the supply of science and technology and the intermediary system of its supply and demand should be improved.
