摘要
采用微乳液聚合方法合成了高分子量的聚苯乙烯(PS);由PS丁酮溶液静电纺丝制成纤维膜;室温下磺化制得离子交换纤维膜;测定了其对阳离子红染料的吸附性能。分析测试结果表明:PS黏均分子量为26万~78万:纺丝过程稳定,纤维形态良好;磺化时间为30min和50min时,PS膜的磺化度分别为4.8%和54.4%;离子交换纤维对阳离子红染料的吸附类似单分子层吸附,并且磺化度越高,吸附速度变快。
The increase of specific surface of ion exchangers with favorable mechanical properties are highly expected in various engineering applications. Polystyrenes with high molecular weight were synthesized and the ultrafine sulfonated polystyrene ion exchanger fiber mats were produced by firstly electrospinning and then by sulfonating. The ion exchange of the resultant sulfonated mats were evaluated by the adsorption of cationic dye. The results show that, the viscous average molecular weight of PS varies from 260,000 to 780,000, and the ultra-fine fibers with the diameter of 3μm are produced from 15% (m/V) solution with spinning voltage 15 kV and solidification distance 15 cm, and sulfonation degrees are 4.8% and 54.5% respectively at the sulfonation times 30 and 50 min, that the dynamic adsorption of cation dye on sulfonated PS mats observes the Lagergren pseudo-second order kinetic, and the higher the sulfonation degree, the faster the adsorption rate for the dye.
