摘要
通过两步法合成了水分散有机硅-聚氨酯嵌段共聚物,并考察了体系中有机硅含量的变化对薄膜力学性能、热性能、硬度以及薄膜表面接触角的影响。发现随着体系中有机硅含量的增高,热稳定性有所提高,薄膜拉伸强度和模量增大,而断裂伸长率呈先减小后增大的趋势;与此同时,薄膜表面接触角增大,体系有较好的拒水性。
Aqueous polysiloxane-polyurethane block copolymer was synthesized by two-step method, and the influence of the siloxane content in the block copotymer on mechanical properties, thermal properties, hardness, and surface contact angle was also studied. It is found that, as the siloxane content in the copolymer increases; the tensile strength and the modulus increases, while elongation at break decreases first and then increases. The thermal stability is also enhanced with the addition of polysiloxane segment. The surface contact angle increases with the increase of the siloxane content, which results in good water resistance for the system.
