摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法合成出Li和Ti改性的氧化镍(LTNO)粒子,并通过前体溶液共混法首先制备聚酰胺酸/LTNO前体膜,再经亚胺化得到高介电常数聚酰亚胺/LTNO复合膜。研究发现,复合膜的介电性能可以通过调节LTNO的含量以及Li和Ti在LTNO中的比例来进行调控。选用按Li、Ni和Ti的摩尔百分比为0.30∶0.68∶0.02制备的LTNO粒子做填料,当其体积分数为0.4时,复合膜在100 Hz电场中的介电常数可以达到570。
LTNO particles with very high dielectric constant could be prepared by a sol-gel process. Polyimide/ LTNO composite films were obtained by mixing LTNO particles with the poly(arnic acid) precursor solution, casting the solution into film, and then thermal curing. With the content of LTNO particles in the polyimide matrix increasing, the dielectric constant of composite films increased greatly. For the sample with the Li-03 content at 0.4 in volume fraction, the dielectric constant was 570 at 100Hz. By changing the content of LTNO and the content of Li and Ti in the LTNO particles, the dielectric properties of the composite can be modulated efficiently.
