Relationship Between Synthetic Conditions and Properties of PPy-MWNTs Composites

摘要 探讨聚吡咯/多壁碳纳米管(PPy/MWNTs)纳米复合材料的原位化学制备。利用FT-IR、XRD、元素分析对不同复合比例的材料组成进行分析;经SEM对复合材料形态、管径等进行表征,认为水/醇介质有利于获得管状的核-壳结构复合材料;研究氧化剂、掺杂酸等因素对复合材料电导率的影响。 The PPy-MWNTs nano-composites were synthesized by in-situ chemical polymerization. The effect of rate of charge for Py/MW. NTs on the constitution of the composites was investigated by FT-IR, XRD and element analysis. The morphology, diameter of the composites were characterized by SEM. It is proved that water/ethanol medium is favorable for controlling conformation of the composites. The influence of dosage of oxidant, species of doping acid for the composites' conductivity was also investigated.
