摘要
采用相转化法制备纤维素膜,通过考察转化成膜的条件——成膜液的种类、浓度、黏度,凝固浴浓度、温度等对纤维素膜结构和性能的影响,深入研究了纤维素膜的相转化成膜机理。研究表明,天然植物纤维素成膜过程依赖于扩散动力学,相平衡的浓度差。成膜液中的溶剂与凝固液非溶剂的扩散速度很大程度上决定了膜的结构和性能。成膜液自身的种类、浓度以及凝固液的条件也都会影响成膜后的结构与性能。
Cellulose membrane was obtained by a method of phase coversion. The phragmoid effects such as the kind of filmogen, concentration, viscosity, temperature, concerntration of coagulation bath on the structure and performance of cellulose film were analysed. The mechanism of phase inversion film formed method was deeply discussed. Experimental results show that the phragmoid process of natural cellulose relies on diffusion dynamics and differential concentration of phase equilibrium. The performance and structure of cellulose film is largely determined by the diffusion velocity of the solvent in forming solution and non-solvent in coagulation bath. And the kind and concentration of phragmoid solution and the case of coagulation bath also have an influence on the performance and structure of cellulose film.
